i rent my home that is in a living trust. when i die the house is to be sold.can the tenants complete lease ?
The trust stipulates that the home is to be sold at my death.
my stepchildren inherit 1/2 and my son 1/2.
can the tenants complete the lease term if i die during the term?
will new buyers have to honor the lease?
what if the tenants have paid 1-2 years rent in advance which is
not uncommon where i rent my home?

What is a good color printer to buy for the home?
I am looking to buy a printer that not only prints fast but clearly as well. I would also like it to printer photos every now and then. I was looking into all-in-one printers, but was informed that not all aspects of the all-in-one’s work great.

Getting really distressed that our neon tetras keep disappearing and most of the reading I’ve done talks about the conditions they are bred and shipped in and how sensitive they are. All tests are done on the tank water (temp, nitrites, nitrates, pH, ammonia, hardness etc) and all are within neon tetra parameters yet they still either disappear completely or are found floating if they’ve just died. Originally the silver tips were attacking them but bigger shoal (10) has stopped that. So I figure buying from a different shop will help – anyone got any tips? 60L tank BTW. Thank-you
Just to add the silver tips are tetras not sharks – only 5 of them so not overstocked

i rent a home am i responsible for a broken faucet?
the kitchen faucet just started spraying water out of the side of the bottom portion. i have lived in the rental home for a year and half. is the land lord responsible for this? I already went to home depot, purchased a new one and installed it. the land lord has told me in the past if anything goes wrong just fix it, and take it off rent. but, I was wondering if this is her responsibility?
