I want to buy a home in 1-2 years. I’m 20 years old and have saved up some money for a down payment and make consistant money.

I want to know how I can fix my credit to be very good?

I owe t-mobile $398.00 and havent paid in over a year but I will pay that soon. That’s the only debt I have.

Any way to better my credit in 1-2 years? Tips? Advice?

I know i would have to have a criminal check (i dont have anything apart from 10 years ago old speeding tickets), what do they inspectors look for in your home?
Door stoppers
plug socket covers
Adequate washing facilities for the children/toilet
First aid kit

she says she thinks it happened at home when she might have bumped into a wall, it is greenish in color so that means that she has probably had it for a few days but she only comes twice a week. I didn’t notice it until her mom left but I want to have it documented just for my own safety. Does anyone know a form that I can use to keep this legal? I was looking online and couldn’t find one. Thanks for any help.
I am not necessarily scared that I am going to be blamed but I do want to have it documented for myself only just in case more should show up and then I will have it all written down- I am not calling CPS that would be ridiculous, I just wanted to know if there is a specific form to fill out for this-just to keep it in my own file- just in case…

Hi,

I am a newbie in the home buyer market. I just had a look at a site which is near hydro transformer station. Is it ok to buy a house near that? Will it have any sort of effect on the inhabitants and also will it have a lower resale value or less preferred by home buyers?

If you have a home near that please state the disadvantages of that, if any.

I am often on the run and need to stop and get something to eat. The quick and convinent foods are always the ones loaded with fat and salt and sugar. I have often thought if somebody could just open a fast food chain with a drive through that sold really good homestyle food with good ingredients I would buy their food as an alternative to other fast food outlets even if it cost more. Would you?

I can’t find very much on craigslist. I’m looking for areas to rent where homes are well under $1000 a month. Would love to find a 2 bed room home or farm house for $300 a month that isn’t in the slums . Any area suggestions? I’m open to all states.

i am interested to study spanish in lima peru .is there no life safety as walking with money is dangerous and going out of bank can be looted and living is not safe too in lima or just its not as in real life is life realy safe and good there
