I’m looking to buy a home in los angeles, in the san fernado valley area. where are the best locations? I dont want to live near too much traffic, no schools, or ghetto, unruly people, and trashy people just a safe middle class or upper middle class quiet neighborhood. anyone in los angeles have any suggestions?

Welll there is traffic everywhere!!!!!!! lol so ur going to have to deal with it u can get a nice big brand new home inexpensive like 1 hour north of l.a and theres no traffic and its non ghetto middle class and quiet nieghborhoods but if u live in sfv or middle of l.a ur going to get all what u dont want regardless whereever u travel to theres no way to bypass traffic especially effin skirball! lol
