rent my home
My aunt owns her home in Collier County, Florida. I have power of attorney while she is in prison ( long, long story, not important anyway ). I was wanting to rent out her house to help bring in some money while she is in prison so she can have a little bit when she gets out. Is there any special license or form’s or anything that is required in the State of Florida to be able to rent a house?
