I bought my home a year ago when I moved to a new town for a job. Now things arent turning out the way I’d hoped so I want to sell my house to my friend. I looked around on the internet and found some site that has home selling packages by state. Is this the way to go? Does that have everything I need to sell the home included? I would appreciate any help! I just wanna get outta this town, and not have any attachments. I dont want to hire an attorney either. Is there a type of office locally that i can go to? Thanks!
